Présentation

À l’occasion du 60e anniversaire de la création d’un mécanisme juridictionnel de règlement des litiges en matière d’emploi au sein du Conseil de l’Europe, le Tribunal administratif a le plaisir d’inviter toutes les personnes concernées, ou simplement intéressées par le droit de la fonction publique internationale, à une conférence qui se tiendra au Palais de l’Europe à Strasbourg, le 14 octobre 2025.

Ouverte à tous les membres du public, la conférence examinera le rôle des tribunaux administratifs internationaux dans la garantie du droit à un procès équitable, tel qu’il est consacré notamment à l’article 6 de la Convention européenne des droits de l’homme.

La conférence réunira des juges de tribunaux administratifs internationaux, d’anciens et d’actuels juges de la Cour européenne des droits de l’homme, ainsi que des universitaires et praticiens de renom, et visera à approfondir la réflexion sur des questions qui sont fondamentalement inhérentes à la notion de procès équitable/
Dans les litiges impliquant des organisations internationales qui bénéficient généralement d’immunités, existe-t-il un droit d’accès à un tribunal ?
Dans quelle mesure le pouvoir discrétionnaire d’une organisation internationale en matière d’emploi est-il soumis au contrôle des tribunaux administratifs internationaux ?
À quelles conditions les jugements rendus par les tribunaux administratifs internationaux peuvent-ils assurer une réparation adéquate ?
En abordant ces questions, la conférence offrira aux participants des informations de première main sur la protection des droits des employés des organisations internationales, ainsi que des perspectives d’experts sur les possibles évolutions futures dans ce domaine du droit international.
